Dr. Christopher Shamlian, DDS
About Dr. Christopher Shamlian
Dr. Christopher Shamlian is a dedicated and experienced dentist who has been serving the Fresno and Clovis communities with exceptional care for over a decade. A graduate of the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC (formerly the USC School of Dentistry) in 2011, Dr. Shamlian returned to Fresno with his wife, Cheryl, to join his father’s dental practice. In 2013, he founded Shamlian Family Dental, where he continues to provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care.
Committed to advancing his expertise, Dr. Shamlian earned his Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry in June 2021—a distinction achieved by only 6% of General Dentists nationwide. This honor reflects his dedication to lifelong learning, rigorous continuing education, and excellence across all aspects of dentistry.
Beyond his practice, Dr. Shamlian is deeply involved in his community. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Education at his children’s elementary school, co-leads worship at the First Armenian Presbyterian Church, and shares his knowledge as a lecturer on Digital Dentistry and other specialized topics. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, Annabel (13) and Caleb (11), as well as traveling and photography.

Adrina C. Gulian, DDS
Dr. Adrina Gulian, a native of Fresno, graduated from Clovis West High School followed by Fresno State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Armenian Studies while working in a biology research lab and assisting in her father’s dental office. After her undergraduate studies, she obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2016 from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Gulian was admitted into a General Practitioners Residency program at the Community Regional Medical Center of Fresno (CRMC). She had the opportunity to treat many patients in her year-long residency at both the Veterans Affairs Medical Center and CRMC as well as perform full mouth dental rehabilitation on sedated patients in the operating room. Dr. Gulian joined her family practice alongside her father Dr. Dennis Shamlian and brother Dr. Christopher Shamlian in 2017. She is thrilled to be back in the Central Valley to join her entire family which all reside in Fresno, Fowler, and Kingsburg.
Dr. Gulian is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Fresno Madera Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry wherein she is currently working to obtain her Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Gulian enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with her husband Michael, two pugs Rooney and Miso, and toddler Noranoush whom they call ‘little Noosh’ which literally translates to ‘little almond’ in Armenian; They joke that this nickname is very fitting of her almond-shaped eyes.
Dr. Jordan Barnett
Dr. Jordan Barnett was born and raised in Clovis, CA and grew up with his mother (Cathy), father (Darrell), brother (Justin) and grandmother (Marie). Dr. Barnett graduated Clovis East High School in 2012 and went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry with a Mathematics minor from California State University, Fresno in 2016. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Barnett decided to become a dentist while in high school and is the first person in his family to receive a doctorate. He is passionate about fostering deep bonds with his patients to forward their dental and overall health goals.
Dr. Barnett and his wife (Susana) are parents to a Doberman Pinscher puppy named Louis (LU-EE). They enjoy long walks, hiking in nature, traveling to new places, and especially making each other laugh.
Our Palm Ave. Office
Our office is conveniently located on 5678 N. Palm Ave. and is accessible via all major roads. We are proud of our office which fully utilizes state of the art equipment. We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements. The source of water for our dental units is distilled water (bottled water) which removes any chance of contamination from regular tap water like that used in most dental offices.
Our friendly and competent staff is dedicated to patient comfort and quality care. We provide the best and latest in dental technology and treatment options. We provide gentle, family-oriented dental care to the adults and children of this community. We utilize the best equipment sterilization techniques available to dentists. In addition to General Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry, we work with specialists in Periodontics (gum diseases), Implant Dentistry, and Endodontics (root canal treatments), as well as other specialists. Our team emphasizes comprehensive quality care and preventive dentistry.

Dr. Christopher V. Shamlian is contracted with Delta Dental Premier and PPO, Met Life PPO, and CIGNA PPO. Also, Dr. Shamlian offers Care Credit as a financing option.
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. For our patients’ convenience we have arranged a payment plan through a third party, which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
